Mihir Sanganee spent two decades leading a UAE construction firm that grew to over 1,500 employees, yet every year faced the same issue: a recurring 3% margin loss per project due to gaps in outdated software and disjointed communication tools. Emails, Teams messages, and legacy platforms failed to track contractor payments, manage variations, or handle retention releases—processes shaped by regional regulations. After reviewing solutions from the US, Europe, and India, he found none tailored to the industry’s unique demands. The oversight prompted him to create his own answer.
The outcome is Intrakore, an AI-driven operating system launched in 2026, built exclusively for UAE contractors. Its six modules, CRM, Estimation, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and HR), map directly to how projects unfold in contracting businesses. Unlike generic SaaS platforms, it accounts for the sector’s unpredictability: each project follows a distinct shape, timelines fluctuate, and coordination breakdowns worsen as scale increases.
The platform’s breakthrough is KoreAI, an integrated AI layer that automates risk assessments, highlights key insights, and performs tasks without external consultants. A site engineer working in 45°C temperatures can record progress in minutes, while executives access real-time financial and operational data to refine strategies on the fly. The system closes the divide between field and office, a challenge Akul Yadav, a co-founder with 15 years in regional retail operations, had encountered before.

Yadav noted that a contractor running twenty concurrent projects faces similar operational challenges to a retail group managing hundreds of stores. The platform must work at both ends of the business: simple enough for a site engineer to log progress in 45° heat, and deep enough to give a boardroom the insight it needs to run the company.
Digitizing construction presents unique hurdles, primarily because no two projects operate identically. Syed Inayatullah, the third co-founder with a decade in engineering, ensured Intrakore absorbed that variability. Inayatullah said construction is one of the hardest industries to build software for because nothing sits still. The team built Intrakore to hold that variability while reducing interference for users to do their work.
Development required a two-year effort, during which the team analyzed every stage of a contractor’s workflow. Unlike traditional ERP systems, Intrakore avoids rigid templates, instead adapting to the unpredictability of live projects, whether a skyscraper in Dubai or a retail space in Abu Dhabi. The AI layer flags anomalies like delayed payments or material shortages before they escalate. In a sector where time directly impacts revenue, even minor delays accumulate into significant losses.
